Unused products
Contact us within 24 hours if a parcel is damaged or incorrect, and within 7 calendar days for a return request for an unused, sealed product with proof of purchase. Photos of the parcel and order number help us investigate quickly.
Damaged or incorrect items
Keep the packaging. Send photos and your order number to info@niance.id. We will arrange replacement or refund steps after verification.
Exclusions
Opened or used products are not normally returnable unless proven damaged or incorrectly supplied, subject to applicable consumer rights. Return postage is allocated based on the case review.
