Delivery
Service areas, charges, and delivery estimates are shown before payment. Orders are processed on business days after payment is validated. Delivery estimates may change by carrier and destination.
Damage on arrival
Inspect the parcel on arrival and contact info@niance.id within 24 hours if an item is damaged or incorrect. Keep the packaging and document its condition.
Returns
Requests for unused, sealed products may be made within 7 calendar days with proof of purchase. See Returns & Exchanges for the complete procedure.
