Payment
Payments are securely processed through Xendit. Methods shown at checkout may include QRIS, cards, bank virtual accounts, and e-wallets, depending on the transaction and service availability.
Payment status
An order is processed after payment confirmation is received. Payment instructions, expiry, and status will appear at checkout or on the order-confirmation page. Do not pay an account or link that is not displayed by the NIANCE checkout.
Delivery
Service areas, charges, and delivery estimates are shown before payment. Orders are processed on business days after payment is validated. Tracking is sent by email or WhatsApp when available.
